What is Lucky Leap?

The software has detected a number of files for Lucky Leap which I have to agree with is some form of adware. However, it looks like herdProtect/Reason Heuristics is the only engine that detects most of these files. if Lucky Leap is malware/adware why don't all the AV programs find and remove this....
