Help with removing AdSafe Class?

I recently switched to IE 10 and I am having troubles with really annoying adware, malware, and spyware. I don't know if the switch is related or anything, My main problem is with an add-on that keeps appearing called AdSafe Class by Yordan Damyanov. When I click "Manage Add-ons" it appears under the list "Unavailable" but it says its enabled. Furthermore, the "Disable" button is greyed out and I can't remove it.

I tried many things like ShouldIRemoveIt? and herdProtect, but nothing appears as a threat. I found a 2 folders that were adware related in my Roaming (%appdata%) folder. I permanently deleted both of them but nothing happened.


Help please, it keeps changing my homepage and default search engine!

Hello,

I would recommend running two really useful programs in removing junk from the PC:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/
and 
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

If the problem is solved, please attach the logs somewhere and post them, so we can see where the program was hiding.

Boot system in safe mode, run full scan with both HerdProtect and MBAM. Report back.

OK what you need to do is go on the webpage that is bothering you, at the bottom should be a button saying uninstall this webpage or something like that click on it, if it does not work get this program: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
