How do I remove the Linkey adware?

This adware is very frustrating. I tried to remove it but it keeps coming back. It ads a bunch of links in my web browser (both Firefox and Internet Explorer) as well as reset my home and search pages to linkeyproject.com. Also, I think it is included extra ads when I am surfing online, is...
