I see an option for removing each file individually, but I have dozens of files to clean. Is there any way to remove them in one fell swoop?

By default removing multiple detected files at once is turned off. However, you can easily enable this feature by clicking the little '?' icon on the top right of the herdProtect main window. Locate the option 'Enable multiple removal functionality' and check the box. Once enabled you will see a 'Remove checked' button on the scan results screen (after a scan).
After the beta period, they plan on enabling this by default.

On top-right select "Settings, Options and Tools" (the button near "?"). Then select "Settings and Options" and check the box near "Enable multiple removal funcionality".
