Firstly you should try to boot windows in safe mode, then go to control panel to add or remove programs. See here how to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-change-program#uninstall-change-program=windows-7 And try to remove it, if that doesn't work because the program is not listed there, or the unistaller is just broken or doesn't work at all. You'll have to manually remove it by searching it installation folder, it could be anywhere between c:\users\yourusername\appdata\local or either c:\program files - c:\program files (x86) If the software you noted above has a shortcut in desktop, then right clicking it and go for "propieties" then "open location" you should have found it!. Delete everything in that folder. Also go to start, "run" and type down %temp% hit intro, a folder with more folders and files will appear, delete everything in there, if something can't be deleted due to a error saying the file is protected or in use, just ignore. Restart computer, report back here.
