cancelling a deletion

this happens every time i try to delete one of your malware findings found in a scan.My deletions on your advice will go along smoothly then i'll come across one where you suggest i don't delete  it yet when i've chosen delete , It's suggested  it might cause a problem**** and i should go to my  control panel and delete/ uninstall the program from there first before deleting . I am then given 3 choices..yes...no  cancel. When i opt for the cancel  it starts the process then the window tells me to wait  but i could be waiting  forever and it says it is deleting  not cancelling .it just keeps on going.. There is no end to it.. i left my computer going all night the last time and it was still doing the same thing in the morning. The only option i have is to stop the program   but when i do this i can't get back to the scan results to  deal with more of your findings.  i have to run a new long, long scan again, it takes hours and hours. Is there some way i can back into the results of the same scan so i can continue to get rid of more suggested items from you. This does not seem right, what would happen if i answered no instead of cancel?I want to get rid of all that i can but when i run  into the problem of accepting your advice and not deleting..it's too late.  The bad stuff is still left behind to be found in the next scan..I have "conduit" on my computer and i am trying desperately to get rid of it, but i can't if i have to leave it behind.. there are so many there with conduit in them.It seems so far that one of them , possibly the same one , because i can't delete it ,might be causing the problem**. I hope you can help me with this or i'll have to uninstall your program .  Thank you Vera

I don't get it, I haven't had any issues deleting the files I want to delete, and not deleting the files I don't want to delete.
