Why is not available in the list of engines Norton Symantec?

I am guessing it might be due to a licensing issue. TBH I don't even think Norton is even in the top 5 engines based on detection ratios from controlled testing. It might not even be anywhere near 5. I haven't checked in a while. Symantec is still a big name in threat research, but it surprises me that they can't bring their A/V back to life. The first thing I do with a new computer that has Norton pre-installed, is remove it.
