Why was LinkSwift not detected

I have used "Process Hacker" to deactivate does this mean I must reactivate "LinkSwift" in order for herdPrtect to detect it?

Found britec YouTube Vid that expained everything then more. Thanks to herdProtect and britec my paranoia about internet security is much reduced.
